Vivo V29 The series is now official. Vivo has expanded its V-series smartphones in India with the launch of Vivo V29 and V20 Pro. Both the smartphones come with 50MP cameras and Vivo’s Smart Aura technology. The Smart Aura Light has now been upgraded to smoothly change from cool to warm colors automatically and even manually. This helps in capturing better portraits in different lighting conditions. The pair runs on Android 13 operating system and is backed by a 4,600mAh battery.
Price and availability
Vivo V29 Pro Comes in two color options – Himalayan Blue and Space Black. The company has launched two variants of the smartphone – 8GB+256GB and 12GB+256GB which are priced at Rs 39,999 and Rs 42,999 respectively. This smartphone will be available from October 10 on Flipkart, Vivo India e-store and all partner retail stores.
Vivo V29, on the other hand, comes in two variants 8GB+128GB and 12GB+256GB that are priced at Rs 32,999 and Rs 36,999 respectively. The smartphone can be purchased in Himalayan Blue and Majestic Red color options. The smartphone can be purchased online from Flipkart, Vivo e-store from October 17.

Vivo V29 Series Specifications
The Vivo V29 series features a 6.78-inch curved display with a 120Hz refresh rate. The display has thin bezels and comes with HDR10+.
The Vivo V29 Pro is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 8200 chipset paired with up to 12GB of RAM. The smartphone has 256GB internal storage. Vivo V29, on the other hand, is equipped with an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G chipset coupled with up to 12GB of RAM. The smartphone comes in two storage options – 128GB and 256GB. Both smartphones run on the Android 13 operating system, with the company’s Funtouch OS 13 layered on top.
Vivo V29 Pro sports a 50MP OIS Night camera with IMX766 main sensor. The V29 Pro is the first phone in the V series to feature a 2x Pro Portrait lens on the rear camera system. Along with this, this smartphone comes with 50MP Eye AF selfie camera. On the other hand, the V29 has a 50MP OIS Night camera that is capable of capturing even the smallest of details perfectly. Along with the main camera, the V29 comes with an 8MP wide-angle camera along with a 50MP Eye AF selfie camera.
Both the V29 Pro and V29 come with a large 4600mAh battery with 80W FlashCharge that is protected by 24 Amp charging protection protection.
