Vivo Y56 new storage variant launched in India: Price and more

Vivo has launched a new storage variant of its Vivo Y56 Smartphones in India. Earlier this year, the smartphone maker had launched the 8GB+128GB variant of the smartphone. The Chinese smartphone maker has now launched the 4GB+128GB variant of Vivo Y56 in the country. The smartphone is powered by a MediaTek chipset and features a 50MP main camera. The smartphone comes in two color options and runs the Android 13 operating system.
Price and availability
The 4GB+128GB variant of Vivo Y56 comes with a price tag of Rs 16,999. The smartphone can be had in Orange Shimmer and Black Engine color options. Whereas, the price of 8GB version of Vivo Y56 is Rs 18,999.
Vivo Y56 5G specifications
Vivo Y56 5G flaunts a plastic frame design and features a dual rear camera arrangement. This smartphone has a 6.5 inch FHD+ display, whose pixel resolution is 1080×2408 and 60Hz refresh rate.
Under the hood, the Vivo Y56 5G is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 700 chipset paired with 8GB of RAM. It has 128GB of internal storage, which can be expanded via microSD card. Along with 8GB of physical RAM, the smartphone supports an additional 8GB of virtual RAM.
This dual SIM smartphone running on Android 13 with Funtouch OS is equipped with dual rear camera setup. The rear camera has a 50MP main sensor with f/1.8 aperture and a 2MP secondary camera with f/2.4 aperture. For selfies, it has a 16MP front-facing camera with f/2.0 aperture.
Powering the device is a massive 5000 mAh battery with 18W charging support.
