X is down for some users: All the details

Many users from around the world have reported that they are facing problems accessing x (in the past Twitter, Downdetector.com, a platform that tracks outages of websites and online services in real-time, has also reported that X is currently down and people are facing issues accessing X.
Who is being affected?
According to the report, the outage has affected X’s website and app. Also, people are facing problems in login also. About 47 percent people are facing problems with the website. About 30% of users have reported issues with the X app and about 20% have reported that they are unable to login to the microblogging platform.
What’s the issue
As far as outage is concerned. Users are seeing “Something went wrong. Try reloading”. We also checked on TOI and it seems like a minor outage at the moment as it is working fine for some, while some of us were unable to access X.
X has not yet acknowledged the outage and the exact reason behind the outage is not yet known.
