Montreal police arrested a 19-year-old suspect Friday after three people were stabbed in Montreal’s Rosemont neighborhood.

Montreal Mayor Valerie Plante tweeted her thoughts about the victims of the killings.

“My condolences to their loved ones,” he wrote on Twitter.
